How do I access the Chat feature or Video Support to speak to a Care Team?

All you need to do to initiate a chat with us is click the blue box with the white word bubble on the bottom right-hand side of Oasis. One of our Care Team Members will see it and respond as soon as they can. To schedule a video chat with a Care Team Member simply fill out the form on the Video Support page and a Care Team Member will respond as soon as they can with a link to schedule the call.

*Please note- chats or video requests that are initiated during Saturday or Sunday may not be answered until Monday morning.
